Material Selection: Stainless steel is available in a variety of grades, each with different properties for different applications. 

We can assist you in selecting the right grade based on factors such as corrosion resistance, strength, and appearance.

Quality Control: Throughout the manufacturing process, we implement quality control measures to ensure that the final product meets the required specifications and standards.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Cut-to-Length and Special Cuts: We have multiple saws to cut profiles to your desired length. We can also use laser cutters to make special cuts such as slots and holes.

Milling and Grinding: We have milling machines and automatic grinders to process slots and seams and improve the aesthetics of welds to meet the highest AESS guidelines.

Welding: The joining of stainless steel parts is usually done by welding. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, 

MIG (Metallic Inert Gas) welding and spot welding are some of the techniques used in stainless steel manufacturing. 

While these are standard processes, we set the industry benchmark with our proprietary laser welding technology. This technology is also used to produce our standard and custom structural profiles. 

Our welding process allows us to provide tapered profiles and can also weld base plates, lugs, etc.

Finishing: After manufacturing and welding, the stainless steel surface may be finished to enhance appearance and durability. 

We offer a standard sandblasting and pickling finish on all of our steel profiles. We also have a brand new stainless steel polishing line that provides a polish up to 8# mirror finish.

Assembly: In many cases, prefabricated stainless steel parts are assembled with other materials or components to form a finished product or structure. 

Our team can assist with these assemblies based on specific projects and requirements.
